At Avec Fleurs, every beautiful gift deserves a beautiful delivery—and a little peace of mind too. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your blooms and bundles, and how we handle things if something doesn’t go quite right.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

We know you’re excited—and we are too! Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During high-demand periods (like holidays or product drops), please allow up to 5 business days for us to prepare your package with love.

U.S. Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. via trusted carriers like USPS and UPS.​

  • Orders ship based on weight

  • You'll receive tracking info as soon as your package is on its way.

Local Delivery / Pickup

Currently unavailable — but we’re dreaming up some beautiful ways to bring this to life in the future.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s care — but if something goes wrong, we’ll do our best to help make it right. Please email us at bonjour@avecfleurs.com with your order number and tracking info.

Returns & Refunds

Because of the custom, seasonal, and floral nature of our products, all sales are final. But don’t worry — if we make a mistake, we’ll absolutely make it right.

We’ll Make It Right If:

  • Something arrives damaged
    Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll happily send a replacement or issue store credit, depending on availability.

  • We sent the wrong item
    Oops! Let us know within 7 days, and we’ll ship the correct item at no additional cost.

 

Please Note:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your package is refused or returned as undeliverable, any associated shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued as:

  • Store credit (a little something for your next floral moment), or

  • A replacement item, if available.
