1. About Avec Fleurs

Avec Fleurs is an online boutique offering luxury-inspired gift packaging solutions, including floral gift wrap kits, reusable carriers, and artificial flowers (“Eternal Blossoms”). Our mission is to make thoughtful gifting simple, stylish, and accessible.

2. Eligibility

To make purchases on our website, you must be:

  • At least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

  • Providing accurate, current, and complete billing and shipping information.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Product descriptions and images are intended to be accurate but may vary slightly due to screen settings or manufacturing differences.
We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities purchased per person or order.

  • Discontinue or revise product offerings without notice.

Bundled Products: Some items, such as flower kits or drink carriers, are only available as part of curated bundles and cannot be purchased individually outside our à-la-carte selection.

4. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount at checkout, including applicable shipping and taxes. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

We accept:

  • Major credit/debit cards

  • PayPal

  • ShopPay (if enabled)

5. Shipping & Delivery

Avec Fleurs ships within the United States and Canada.

 

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During holidays, product launches, or sales, processing may take longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • U.S. Domestic Shipping: 3–10 business days

  • Canada Shipping: 7–15 business days (may vary due to customs)

 

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, including handling, packaging materials, and carrier fees. Canadian orders may incur additional customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-Orders & Bundled Kits
Some items, particularly bundles, may require extended fulfillment times due to packaging prep and inventory restock from our international suppliers.

Limitations
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier or customs

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”

  • Additional import duties for Canadian customers

Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom, seasonal, and floral nature of our products, all sales are final. Avec Fleurs does not accept returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to making it right if there’s an issue with your order.

We will offer a replacement or store credit if:

​

  1. Your order arrives damaged.

    • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

    • Send clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to support@avecfleurs.com.

  2. You received the wrong item.

    • Notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll ship the correct item at no additional cost.

 

Refund Method
If your claim is approved, we’ll offer one of the following based on availability:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A store credit toward a future purchase.

 

Additional Terms

  • Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible.

  • We do not issue refunds for returned or refused packages marked undeliverable by the carrier.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
